‘Mental Health & the Actor’s Life’ is a candidly raw, yet hopeful journey that equips young people who  seek a career in the entertainment industry with the necessary tools to monitor  their mental and emotional health whilst simultaneously striving to be their best. This new documentary that is designed to educate young people about mental health struggles within the entertainment industry started production in July 2024 as is expected to be released February 2025.
