IMPROVISATION

As an improvising actor, when you know everyone is supporting you as adamantly as you’re supporting them, it’s a really liberated feeling.” ~ Steve Carrell

Being a successful improviser requires the ability to think quick and being able to work with others. Our improvisation classes are all about taking risks collectively, and critically assessing our own work to discover what works, what doesn’t, and why? Students who enrol in this class have the opportunity to work in a safe environment with an eclectic group of creatives in order to fine-tune natural improvisation talent. At the conclusion of Term 2 & Term 4 the Improvisation class take part in a theatre sports night in front of an audience.
